SECTION/RULE §100.3 - Administrative Penalties and Sanctions

(a) The department may bring an enforcement action to impose administrative penalties, administrative sanctions, or both in accordance with the provisions of Occupations Code, Chapter 51 and any associated rules if a person or entity violates any provision of Occupations Code, Chapter 51 or this chapter, or any rule or order of the executive director or commission.(b) The department may bring an enforcement action for violation of this chapter in combination with an action for violation of any other applicable law or rule governing a program administered by the department or governing the practice of a person or entity regulated by the department.
