SECTION/RULE §100.71 - Definitions

The following terms have the following meanings when used in this subchapter, unless the context clearly indicates otherwise:(1) Health professional - A person holding a license issued by the department in a program listed in §100.70(a) of this chapter.(2) Remote continuing education - The provision of continuing education to a health professional through the use of telecommunications or information technology.
