As used in this subchapter:(1) Voluntary charity care--The practice or services of a licensee under this subchapter without compensation or expectation of compensation.(2) Compensation--Direct or indirect payment of anything of monetary value, except payment or reimbursement of reasonable, necessary, and actual travel and related expenses.
