(a) The department shall deny an application for a license, and shall revoke a license issued under Chapter 401, under the circumstances set forth in Texas Occupations Code, Chapter 108, Subchapter B.(b) A person whose application for a license has been denied, or whose license has been revoked, pursuant to Texas Occupations Code, Chapter 108, Subchapter B, may reapply or seek reinstatement as provided by that subchapter.
