SECTION/RULE §112.20 - Examination Requirements--General

(a) Except as provided under subsection (b), an individual must pass an examination required by the department to qualify for a hearing instrument fitter and dispenser license or an apprentice permit under this chapter.(b) An individual licensed under Chapter 401, as an audiologist or an audiology intern who is applying for a license under this chapter, is exempt from the examination required under this chapter but must comply with all other requirements under this chapter.
