SECTION/RULE §112.23 - Examination and Test Results

(a) The applicant must pass the required examination consisting of the written, practical (all portions), and jurisprudence tests.(b) The department or the department's designee will notify the applicant in writing regarding the applicant's test results for the written and practical tests.(c) The department's designee will provide a certificate of completion to the applicant upon passage of the jurisprudence test.
