SECTION/RULE §112.51 - Temporary Training Permit--Issuance of Permit

(a) The department will issue a permit containing the permit holder's name, permit number, and expiration date to an applicant who meets all of the requirements for obtaining a temporary training permit under the Act and this chapter.(b) Any permit issued by the department remains the property of the department and must be surrendered to the department on demand.(c) The department may replace a lost, damaged, or destroyed permit upon a written request from the permit holder using a department-approved form and payment of the duplicate/replacement fee under §112.110.
