(a) Pursuant to the authority under Texas Occupations Code §51.203, the commission shall adopt rules necessary to implement the Hearing Instrument Fitters and Dispensers program. Pursuant to §60.22 of this title, the department is authorized to propose rules.(b) The commission has adopted rules governing changes to the standard of practice rules pursuant to §51.2031. These rules are located at 16 TAC Chapter 100.
