SECTION/RULE §112.90 - General Responsibilities of the Licensee

(a) All licensees are bound by the provisions of the Act and this chapter.(b) A licensee shall report alleged violations of the Act or this chapter to the department.(c) A licensee shall cooperate with the department by furnishing required documents or information and by responding to a request for information from a subpoena issued by the executive director or the department.(d) A licensee shall comply with any order issued by the commission or the department relating to the licensee.(e) A licensee shall not interfere with an investigation by the willful misrepresentation of facts to the department or its authorized representative or by the use of threats or harassment against any person.
