SECTION/RULE §112.93 - Display of License

(a) A licensee shall:(1) prominently display the current license issued by the department in the primary place of business;(2) not display a license issued by the department which has been reproduced or is expired, suspended, or revoked; and(3) not make any alterations on a license issued by the department.(b) The department shall issue a renewal card to a licensee who has met all the requirements for renewal. The licensee must display the renewal card in association with the license.
