(a) The department shall deny an application for a license or permit, and shall revoke a license or permit issued under Chapter 402, under the circumstances set forth in Texas Occupations Code, Chapter 108, Subchapter B.(b) A person whose application for a license or permit has been denied, or whose license or permit has been revoked, pursuant to Texas Occupations Code, Chapter 108, Subchapter B, may reapply or seek reinstatement as provided by that subchapter.
