SECTION/RULE §114.69 - Advisory Board; Meetings

(a) The advisory board shall meet at the call of the presiding officer of the commission or the executive director.(b) A quorum of the advisory board is necessary to conduct official business. A quorum is four members.(c) Four or more advisory board members may call a special meeting of the advisory board by providing written notice not less than fourteen (14) days before the date of the meeting to the presiding officer of the commission, the executive director and all other members of the advisory board.(d) Not more than two special meetings of the advisory board may be called under subsection (c) in a calendar year.
