(a) An applicant must pass a license examination to qualify for a dietitian license under this chapter.(b) Pursuant to Texas Occupations Code §701.253, the examination required for licensure as a Licensed Dietitian is the examination given by the Commission on Dietetic Registration.(c) An applicant must meet the education and experience requirements under Texas Occupations Code §701.254 to qualify to take the licensing examination.
