(a) Pursuant to the authority under Texas Occupations Code §51.203, the commission shall adopt rules necessary to implement the Dietitians program. Pursuant to 16 Texas Administrative Code (TAC) §60.22, the department is authorized to propose rules.(b) The commission has adopted rules governing changes to the standards of practice rules pursuant to §51.2031. These rules are located at 16 TAC Chapter 100.
