SECTION/RULE §117.25 - Student Permit--General Requirements and Application; Term

(a) To be eligible for a student permit an applicant must:(1) submit a completed application on a department-approved form; and(2) submit all applicable fees as prescribed under §117.100.(b) A student permit issued under this chapter does not expire.
