(a) Each massage school that operates a massage therapy educational program shall notify the department of the designated contact person. The designated contact person is responsible for the educational program, the organization of classes and other instruction including distance learning, the maintenance of the physical location and the instructional site(s), the maintenance of proper administrative records and all other procedures related to the administration of the educational program.(b) The owner or designated contact person must be available during scheduled inspections by the department.
