(a) Any person may file a complaint with the department alleging that a massage therapist, massage school, massage therapy instructor, massage establishment, continuing education provider, or another person or business has violated the Act or this chapter.(b) A person wishing to file a complaint against a massage therapist, massage school, massage therapy instructor, massage establishment, continuing education provider, or another person or business shall notify the department at Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation, Massage Therapy Program, P.O. Box 12157, Austin, Texas 78711, (512) 539-5600, or www.tdlr.texas.gov.
