(a) The registrant must allow the department, as part of an inspection or investigation, to enter his business premises during reasonable business hours to examine and copy any records that are pertinent to an inspection or investigation being conducted.(b) Client records shall be maintained for not less than three years following the date last action was taken or service performed on behalf of the client.
