SECTION/RULE §68.53 - Transmittal Letters

(a) A transmittal letter must be provided to an owner no later than the 30th day after the completion of a plan review, plan revision, or inspection and uploaded in TABS.(b) A transmittal letter must be typewritten and include, at a minimum:(1) date of the report;(2) the name and certification number of the registered accessibility preparing the letter;(3) owner name and address;(4) TABS project number issued by the department;(5) project name, facility name, and address;(6) results paragraph, as applicable;(7) owner action paragraph, as applicable; and(8) disclaimer paragraph, as applicable.
