SECTION/RULE §68.77 - Shared Services

(a) A registered accessibility specialist may engage the services of another registered accessibility specialist to perform services on their behalf.(b) Each registered accessibility specialist engaged in shared services must:(1) be actively certified with the department;(2) complete the assigned plan review or inspection within 30 days of accepting the project in TABS; and(3) not alter the work product of the other registered accessibility specialist, which includes making amendments to a plan review, inspection report, or corrective modification letter.
