(a) A contractor may request an expedited review of the plans submitted under §§74.111, 74.112, and 74.114 by payment of the expedited review fee required by §74.80.(b) The department may process plan reviews on an expedited basis and issue an approval or denial of those plans, as described under §74.113, within 5 business days after a complete submission by the contractor.
