(a) The owner must make available to the department and all elevator personnel all maintenance and inspection records, maintenance control programs, maintenance, and repair manuals, and product specific inspection, testing, and maintenance procedures for each make and model number of the equipment, from September 1, 2003, and thereafter, as required by the applicable standards and codes adopted in §74.100.(b) The documents, records and programs required under subsection (a) must be in written or electronic format and be stored in the equipment room, machine room, machine space, control room, or control space or be accessible from a location within the building for that specific equipment.(c) The owner must have copies of all current department-issued waivers, delays, and new technology variances posted in the equipment room, machine room, machine space, control room, or control space in a readily accessible and visible location available to elevator personnel.
