SECTION/RULE §74.78 - Responsibilities of the Contractor--Compliance with Plan Review

(a) The contractor must comply with the requirements for plan review as set forth in this chapter.(b) The contractor must provide the inspector a copy of the approved application and plans and, upon completion of the inspection, leave a copy of the approved application and plans in the machine room, machine space, control room or control space.
