SECTION/RULE §76.22 - Applications for Licenses and Renewals

(a) Application must be made on forms approved by the department.(b) The application must include the applicant's statement that he has drilled or installed pumps under supervision of a driller or pump installer licensed under the Code and this chapter.(c) The applicant is eligible to take the examination when the department determines the application and qualifications submitted meet requirements.(d) A license issued by the department is valid for:(1) one year, if the license was issued before January 1, 2024; or(2) two years, if the license was issued on or after January 1, 2024.
