SECTION/RULE §76.65 - Advisory Council

(a) All notices of regular or special meetings of the council will be sent to the residential address of council members as recorded in the official records of the council and department.(b) The presiding officer shall preside at all council meetings and shall not vote except to break a tie vote.(c) In the absence of the presiding officer, the members present shall choose one member to act as presiding officer.(d) The permanent or temporary presiding officer may appoint any member of the council present to act for any other officer of the council who is not present.
