SECTION/RULE §76.76 - Responsibilities of the Licensee--Unauthorized Practice

(a) A licensee shall inform the department of any unauthorized well drilling or pump installation practice of which the licensee has knowledge.(b) A licensee shall not aid or abet an unlicensed person to unlawfully drill or offer to drill wells or install pump equipment.(c) A licensee shall, upon request of the department, furnish any information the licensee possesses concerning any alleged violation of the Code or this chapter.(d) A licensee shall have the following information on all proposals and invoices given to consumers: Regulated by the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation, P.O.
