Any person conducting a weather modification operation with an operational or target area that includes any part of a Texas county must record and maintain, for each operation, the following:(1) the daily log (NOAA Form 17-4B) required by 15 Code of Federal Regulations, §908.8(a); and(2) the supplemental information required by 15 Code of Federal Regulations, §908.8(b), (c), and (d).
