SECTION/RULE §83.31 - Licenses--License Terms
Chapter Review Date 11/01/2023

(a) The following licenses have a term of two (2) years:(1) practitioner licenses; and(2) establishment licenses.(b) School licenses have a term of one (1) year.(c) A student permit issued under this chapter does not expire.
