SECTION/RULE §83.90 - Administrative Sanctions and Penalties

A person that violates Texas Occupations Code, Chapter 1603, a rule, or an order of the Executive Director or Commission relating to Chapter 1603, will be subject to the imposition of administrative sanctions and/or administrative penalties in accordance with Texas Occupations Code, Chapters 51 and 1603, and 16 Texas Administrative Code, Chapter 60 (relating to the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation).
