(a) Driver training providers must submit a Statement of Assurance as prescribed by the department to demonstrate course materials have been updated to reflect the latest changes to applicable laws.(b) Failure to make necessary changes and submit a Statement of Assurance reflecting the changes may subject the licensee to administrative penalties and/or sanctions.
