(a) In addition to other forms of payment accepted by the VSF, including a governmental VSF, a VSF must accept cash, debit cards and credit cards.(b) A VSF in violation of subsection (a), in addition to administrative penalties, may not charge for the storage of a vehicle beyond the date payment by credit card is tendered.
