(a) In addition to the requirements under §90.42, each Alcohol Education Program for Minors program provider must:(1) provide a minimum of six hours of class instruction per course;(2) conduct class modules which are not longer than three hours in length;(3) conduct no more than one class module per day; and(4) conduct courses and each class with no more than 30 participants and with no fewer than three participants (not including parents and guardians).(b) The provider must administer and evaluate pre-course and post-course test instruments for each participant.
