SECTION/RULE §91.61 - Establishment of Licensed Breeder Advisory Committee; Duties

(a) The commission establishes the Licensed Breeder Advisory Committee as required by the Act.(b) The advisory committee shall advise the commission and make recommendations on matters related to the administration and enforcement of the Act, including licensing fees and standards.
