SECTION/RULE §92.22 - Denial of Registration

(a) The commission or the executive director may deny a registration, refuse to renew, or revoke a registration or course approval if the applicant or registered course provider has:(1) violated an order of the commission or executive director, including an order for sanctions or administrative penalties;(2) knowingly submitted false or incomplete information on the application; or(3) provided false, misleading, or deceptive information in the application.(b) If the commission or the executive director denies a registration, refuses to renew, or revokes a registration or course approval, a subsequent application for registration or course approval must contain a statement describing the circumstances leading to the denial or revocation and evidence to demonstrate that the basis for the denial or revocation no longer exists.
