(a) Course provider application fee--$200.(b) Course provider renewal application fee--$200.(c) Online responsible pet owner course-approval fee per course--$100.(d) Revised/Duplicate/Certificate/Permit/Registration--$25.(e) Late renewal fees for registrations issued under this chapter are provided under §60.83 of this title (relating to Late Renewal Fees).(f) All fees paid to the department are non-refundable.
