An applicant that does not meet any of the requirements for extension under Texas Occupations Code, §1151.160(g), and does not qualify for reinstatement under Texas Occupations Code, §1151.1605, may re-apply for registration after being unregistered for two years by:(1) paying the applicable fee for new application;(2) submitting a completed form approved by the department; and(3) qualifying as class II registrant.
