Unless otherwise defined in this chapter, each term used in this chapter has the meaning assigned by Texas Occupations Code, Chapter 2402 and Texas Government Code, Chapter 2001.(1) Airport--means an airport owner or operator.(2) Cruise Ship Terminal--means a governing body of a governmental entity with jurisdiction over a cruise ship terminal.
