SECTION/RULE §96.22 - Electric Vehicle Supply Equipment Registration Renewal Requirements

(a) To renew registration of a charging unit of electric vehicle supply equipment, an electric vehicle supply provider must submit:(1) a completed renewal application in a manner prescribed by the department; and(2) the fee required under §96.80.(b) A provider is responsible for renewing electric vehicle supply equipment registration before the expiration date. Lack of receipt of a renewal notice from the department shall not excuse failure to file for renewal or late renewal.(c) If a provider adds additional charging units to a location after its previous registration but less than 90 days prior to that renewal, the provider will not be charged an additional fee for the newly installed charging units.(d) A provider must include an accurate count of all active charging units with its submission of the renewal application and required fee to the department.
