SECTION/RULE §96.60 - EVSE Inspections and Investigations

(a) The department, or its authorized representative, shall be permitted to inspect and test all non-exempt EVSE operating at any location in Texas in accordance with the Code, Texas Occupations Code, Chapter 51, the inspection, and investigation rules under 16 Texas Administrative Code, Chapter 60, Subchapter H, this chapter, and all applicable state and federal laws and regulations.(b) The department will not begin conducting on-site inspections until March 1, 2026, except for investigations conducted in response to complaints filed with the department.
