SECTION/RULE §96.71 - Consumer Information Sticker

(a) An electric vehicle supply provider must obtain a department issued consumer information sticker containing the department's contact information shown in §96.70(c) and place the sticker on the front of each charging unit operating at the provider's registered location.(b) A consumer information sticker must not be placed in a manner that affects the accuracy, readability, or lawful operation of a device.(c) If any part of the information on the sticker affixed to the charging unit is no longer fully legible and in plain sight of the consumer, the provider must replace the sticker within 60 days after the date the provider discovered the condition.
