SECTION/RULE §96.72 - Damaged Electric Vehicle Supply Equipment

(a) Any damaged charging unit that poses a safety risk to the public must be removed from service by the electric vehicle supply provider in a manner:(1) that prevents the use of the damaged charging unit by the public; and(2) removes the damaged charging unit from the provider's digital network listing of available charging units.(b) A provider is not required to physically relocate electric vehicle supply equipment from its current location while under repair.
