SECTION/RULE §96.80 - EVSE Registration Fees

(a) Initial Registration for Newly Registered Charging Units and Additional Units - $30 per electric vehicle charging port.(b) Renewal of Registration - $25 per electric vehicle charging port.(c) Consumer Information Sticker - $1 per sticker.(d) A duplicate/replacement fee for any registration issued under this chapter is $25.(e) All fees paid to the department are non-refundable.(f) Late renewal fees for registration issued under this chapter are provided under 16 TAC §60.83 (relating to Late Renewal Fees).(g) A dishonored/returned check or payment fee is the fee prescribed under 16 TAC §60.82 (relating to Dishonored Payment Device).
