(a) To renew a device registration, an owner or operator must submit:(1) a completed renewal application in a manner prescribed by the department;(2) documentation of a device performance review in a manner prescribed by the department; and(3) the fee required under §97.70.(b) An owner or operator is responsible for renewing a device registration before the expiration date. Lack of receipt of a renewal notice from the department shall not excuse failure to file for renewal or late renewal.
