SECTION/RULE §98.114 - Curriculum Standards--Non-Entry-Level Course

The curriculum for a course of instruction in motorcycle operation that is not an entry-level course must:(1) provide a benefit to public safety;(2) be designed to provide training in a safe and prudent manner; and(3) be consistent with this chapter and Texas Transportation Code, Chapter 662.
