SECTION/RULE §98.116 - Curriculum Standards--Instructor Training Course

The curriculum for an instructor training course must:(1) prepare an individual to competently teach all components of an entry-level course approved by the department;(2) have an evaluation process to ensure the individual can competently teach all components of the entry-level course; and(3) be consistent with this chapter and Texas Transportation Code, Chapter 662.
