(a) A motorcycle school license is valid for two years after the date of issuance.(b) Each licensee is responsible for renewing the license before the expiration date. Lack of receipt of a license renewal notice from the department will not excuse failure to file for renewal or late renewal.(c) To renew a license, a motorcycle school must:(1) submit a completed renewal application on a department-approved form;(2) meet the requirements of §98.26(2), (3), and (6); and(3) submit the fee required under §98.80.
