SECTION/RULE §98.76 - Motorcycle School--Change of Ownership

(a) A motorcycle school license is not transferable.(b) If a motorcycle school has a change of ownership, the new owner must apply for a new motorcycle school license. The current license holder may continue to operate the motorcycle school while the department is processing the application.
