SECTION/RULE §201.3 - Definitions

The following words and terms, when used in this chapter, shall have the following meanings, unless the context clearly indicates otherwise.(1) Administrative support staff--The Governor's Energy Management Center, P.O. Box 12428, 201 East 14th Street, Austin, Texas 78711, (512) 463-1931, or other entity designated by the council.(2) Council--The State Cogeneration Council.(3) Proposed state agency cogeneration project--A state agency cogeneration project which is not in operation, or for which final engineering design had not been completed, as of September 1, 1987.(4) State agency--Any office, department, commission, or board of any branch of state government, or any institution of higher education, as defined by the Education Code, §61.003.(5) State agency cogeneration facility--Any qualifying facility constructed or operated by a state agency for the benefit of any state agency facilities located adjacent to or on property contiguous with the site of the qualifying facility.(6) Technical support staff--The Governor's Energy Management Center, P.O. Box 12428, 201 East 14th Street, Austin, Texas 78711, (512) 463-1931, or other entity designated by the council.(7) Third party cogeneration facility--Any qualifying facility constructed or operated by a third party for the benefit of any state agency facilities located adjacent to or on property contiguous with the site of the qualifying facility.
