SECTION/RULE §303.32 - Power of Entry

(a) A member or authorized agent of the commission, a steward or judge, a commissioned officer of the Department of Public Safety who is assigned to work on racing investigations, or a peace officer of the local jurisdiction in which the association maintains a place of business may enter an office, a racetrack, any area on association grounds, or any similar area or other place of business of an association at any time to enforce or administer the Act or commission rules.(b) An association or an officer, employee, or agent of an association may not refuse or deny a request to enter under this section and may not hinder a person who is conducting an investigation under or attempting to enforce or administer the Act or commission rules.
