The Commission adopts by reference the rules of the Texas Arabian Breeders Association dated March 25, 2006, regarding the administration of the Texas Bred Incentive Program for Arabian horses. Copies of these rules are available at the Texas Racing Commission, P.O. Box 12080, Austin, Texas 78711, or at the Commission office at 8505 Cross Park Dr., #110, Austin, Texas 78754-4594.
